These terms are between you and the service called Get App Verified, reached at verify.velda.ai and getappverified@gmail.com. They do not name a registered company or a street address, because this page will not invent one.
Not Google
We are not Google, not a Google partner page, and not affiliated with Google. Google approves or rejects the app. We cannot guarantee approval. A payment is for our guides or our labour, not for a Google yes.
The three prices
- $100 DIY guides. You get a written pack and you do the clicks. We email it to the Stripe purchase email after a person confirms the payment. There is no instant download on this site. Final sale, except where the law gives you a refund right that cannot be waived.
- $249 done for you. After you add our Google account, we do the brand steps in your project. You may still have to edit your website, add a DNS line, or record a demo. If Google rejects the app, we refund this fee, with the two exceptions on the refunds page.
- $149 upgrade. For someone who already bought the $100 guides and wants done-for-you. The $100 stays final sale. The $149 follows the done-for-you refund rule.
What the price does not include
It does not include a Google approval. It does not include a security assessment (CASA). Google says restricted-scope apps must complete an annual assessment, and Trust & Safety says when to start. Google does not charge that fee. An outside assessor might. Some tiers are a self-scan. We do not promise a bill or a waiver. We will tell you before we treat an assessment as part of the work. It does not include rewriting your whole product, legal advice, or a privacy policy written by a lawyer. A starter privacy paragraph is in the DIY pack so you can fill in your own facts. Have a lawyer read it if you handle sensitive data.
Brand check versus a data-access check
The prices cover help with Google’s brand check (name, logo, links, domain). If the app asks for sensitive or restricted Google data, Google may run a separate review. Restricted access can add the lab fee above. We do not hide that inside the sticker price.
Your project
You keep the Google account that owns the project. Do not send us your password. For done-for-you, add us only as OAuth Config Editor, then remove us when we say the work is finished. If you remove us earlier, the done-for-you refund exception applies.
Replies
We reply to form submissions and email within 1 business day. That is a reply promise, not a promise that Google has finished, and not a clock time for how fast the guide-pack email leaves after a payment.
