No refund of this fee if either of these happens:
- You do not reply to us for 30 days.
- You remove our access before we finish.
Those are the only exceptions written into this policy. A lab fee you pay to someone else is not our fee, so this refund does not cover it.

The $100 you already paid for the guides stays final sale. The $149 follows the done-for-you rule above.
How to ask
Email getappverified@gmail.com from the address you used at Stripe. Say the app name and the Google project ID. We refund through Stripe when the rule applies. We do not ask for your card number to do that.
